the two sellers are top notch, very pleasant, passionate and know the product, it’s great! the girls are less pleasant and not welcoming! disappointed but the boys have caught up with the customer experience
We had a lovely experience shopping here recently. We came in and looked at a few bags but left without purchasing but came back the next day to pick up a few things we had seen the day prior. They were so kind to us both times and very accommodating. I have forgotten our sales associates name but he has dreadlocks and wore Celine glasses and was so helpful and I appreciated that he shared his opinions on what looked best on me and was patient. We love the things we bought here and I will definitely be back on our next visit.
The reception in the store was execrable. When we arrived, no one greeted us or came to meet us. Although one salesman was already tending to a customer, several other saleswomen were dressing models or walking past us without even greeting us or asking if we needed help. Other vendors wandered around without paying attention to us. After 25 minutes of waiting, we asked for help from a young girl who told us that she was in charge of cleaning but that she would check with a saleswoman. Then a very unhappy customer came to the store and suddenly she was taken care of. Do you have to scream to be served?Finally, a person came to meet us, very friendly. However, we waited a total of 35 minutes even though the salespeople were not busy with other customers in that time. It's really unfortunate for Chloe.UPDATE: I received a call from the manager who apologized and told me that this is not the in-store experience they are used to providing.

I am greatly impressed by the new collection by Chemena that every small detail makes it very very special, the redesigned boutique space is not only just beautiful, but you can feel the Chloé spirit, it’s like home, and the outstanding hospitality.
