Do you offer shipping?

Yes! We offer nationwide and international shipping. A flat $80 shipping fee applies. If you're picking up locally, you'll receive a $80 discount code at checkout.

Can I try the guitar before buying it?

Yes, if you'd like to visit our shop in Lawrence Township, NJ, you can reserve a guitar through our website and try it in person. Reservation ensures it won’t be sold before you arrive.

Do you accept trades?

At the moment, we do not accept trades. All sales go through our website for tracking and security purposes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • PayPal (you can use your PayPal balance or a credit/debit card)

  • Bank Transfer (you'll receive our banking info at checkout)

All payments are processed securely. No payment = no reservation.

What if someone else buys the guitar I wanted to try?

That’s why we highly recommend reserving the guitar through our site first. Once paid, it's held for you and marked as sold. This prevents disappointment if someone else buys it online.

Can I walk into your store anytime?

We operate by appointment only. Please reserve a guitar online or contact us before visiting to make sure we're available.

Do you offer refunds?

Please check our full Refund Policy. In short: all sales are final unless there's a verified issue upon delivery.
