We currently offer two delivery methods:
Standard Shipping – $80 Flat Rate
Available for both U.S. and international customers. Shipping is handled via trusted carriers, and tracking will be provided.
Local Pickup – Free
If you prefer to pick up your guitar in person from our store in Lawrence Township, NJ, choose the “Pickup” option at checkout. You’ll automatically receive an $80 discount code (equal to the shipping cost).
⚠️ Note: We operate by appointment only. Please schedule your pickup in advance to ensure the guitar is available and reserved for you.

We offer worldwide shipping. Customs fees or import duties (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

We do not accept in-person walk-ins without a confirmed reservation.
A guitar is not considered reserved until payment is received.
If you plan to pick up locally, we recommend completing your reservation online to ensure it’s not sold to someone else.

Yes! If you’re near Lawrence Township, NJ, you can reserve a guitar on our website and try it in person. Reservation ensures it won’t be sold before your visit.

Currently, we do not accept trades. All sales are processed securely through our website for both your safety and ours.

That’s why we highly recommend reserving the guitar through our site first. Once paid, it's held for you and marked as sold. This prevents disappointment if someone else buys it online.

We operate by appointment only. Please reserve a guitar online or contact us before visiting to make sure we're available.
7. Do you offer refunds?
Please check our full Refund Policy. In short: all sales are final unless there's a verified issue upon delivery.
